Cancellation fee

• Free of charge cancellations are possible up to 60 days before arrival.
• Cancellation: 59 days to 7 days before the arrival date 70 % of the total arrangement price
• Later than 7 days before arrival day 90 % of the total arrangement price

The room is available from 03.00 pm.
We kindly ask you to vacate the room before 10.30 am on the day of departure.
There are no price-reductions possible for late arrivals or early departures. The amount of original booked guests has to be paid.

In the double rooms and suites 1-3 extra beds can be booked.

Your car is parked in our parking garage
at a daily rate of € 18,00 in winter and € 10,00 in summer per car.
During the summer there are also plenty of free parking in front of the hotel available.

Register your dog at your booking. Your darling stays for free here at Hotel Fliana.
(second dog € 20,00 per night).

Please make the final payment before your departure. We accept cash, EC-card, VISA and Master Card.
We do not accept Amex and Diners Club.
Bank transfers are only possible if they amount is already credited on our account before your departure.
