Arrival and departure
The room is available from 3:00 p.m. We kindly ask you to vacate the room before 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. There are no price-reductions possible for late arrivals or early departures. The amount of original booked guests has to be paid.
Discounts
We grant the following discounts for the extra beds in the double room classic, double room deluxe and the suite deluxe:
0-5 years 80 % reduction
6-15 years 50 % reduction
16 years and older 30 % reduction
Parking
Your vehicle needs to be parked in our underground parking structure at daily rate of € 11,00 in winter and € 4,00 in summer per car. During the summer there are also plenty of free parking in front of the hotel available.
Animals
Please register your dog at the reception at arrival. Your darling stays for free here at Hotel Fliana (First dog free, second dog € 15,00 per night).

Our sturdy breakfast buffet is open from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (summer 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.) Our kitchen staff offers daily dinner delights from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (summer 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.).
Indoor pool
The pool is open between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (summer 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).
Wellness hotel Ischgl
The spa and sauna facility is open from 1:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (summer 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.). Here is also a snack corner with fresh fruit, etc.
